RoomWizard is a web-based room scheduling system. It offers a touch screen display providing real-time meeting information, right outside the room.

RoomWizard is built into your web server and allows users to find and reserve a room from any network PC.
Synchronization − use RoomWizard with Microsoft Outlook, Lotus Notes, or other calendaring systems.
The red and green lights show availability of room.
The system records room occupancy and reservation patterns to generate statistics reports.
